Job summary

Tentang Anak is seeking a Head of People to lead the strategy and execution of our people agenda as we scale in Indonesia. You will shape organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, engagement, and HR operations to sustain high performance and meaningful employee experiences.

You will partner with founders and leaders to build leadership pipelines, drive performance culture, and ensure scalable HR processes that grow with the business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience in FMCG, retail, or high-growth consumer businesses.
• Hands-on capability in org design, HRBP, talent, rewards, leadership development, and performance management.
• Able to balance empathy with business judgment, prioritizing performance and outcomes.
• Data-driven, using people analytics to guide strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of labor regulations and HR compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Tentang Anak’s long-term people strategy aligned with business growth.
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement through performance management frameworks and leadership capability building.
• Lead talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent and strengthen employer branding.
• Build leadership pipelines and succession plans with clear career pathways and learning programs.
• Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives, translating feedback into action.
• Ensure HR operations, policies, systems, and compliance are efficient, scalable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
