Tentang Anak is building Indonesia's parenting ecosystem and seeks a leader to transform community engagement into trust and long-term advocacy through meaningful online and offline experiences.

You will own the strategy for recurring programs, develop partnerships with hospitals, brands, and healthcare organisations, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Product, Content, and Partnership teams to create impactful experiences for families.

Qualifications

• You have experience building and growing engaged communities, not just managing social media.
• You have launched community programs from idea to execution.
• You are comfortable building partnerships with external stakeholders including brands, institutions, and healthcare organisations.
• You make decisions using data and customer insights rather than assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of recurring online community programs, including educational Q&A sessions, WhatsApp learning groups, and community social media.
• Design and launch new online and offline community initiatives that increase engagement, retention, and member participation.
• Build and develop a network of highly engaged community ambassadors.
