Festive Fields Entertainment is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily venue operations, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier guest experiences. You will lead service, bar, security, and support teams while maintaining ambience and high service standards.

The role requires hands-on involvement, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt to nights, weekends, and holidays in a vibrant entertainment venue environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operations Manager role, preferably in nightlife, entertainment, hospitality, or F&B.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle multiple operational priorities.
• Hands-on, agile, and willing to be directly involved in daily operations.
• Understands how to maintain venue ambience, crowd flow, and a positive guest experience.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue ambience, entertainment experience, and service standards to create an engaging guest experience.
