Job summary

CV. Sehat Awet Muda Bahagia is seeking a hands-on operations leader who can think strategically to elevate SOPs, workflows and service standards across the venue.

You will lead and develop the team, ensure daily operational performance, analyze KPIs, and build a culture of accountability, customer focus and high ownership while coordinating with marketing and partners to drive satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial position in customer-facing businesses such as sports club, gym, hotel, F&B, retail, lifestyle or wellness venue
• Proven experience creating, improving and developing SOPs, workflows and operational processes
• Experience building, developing and maintaining teams
• Familiar with booking systems, POS and other operational management systems
• Understanding of business performance, revenue, cost and KPIs
• Service excellence mindset and customer experience orientation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills (hands-on when needed)
• Genuine interest in sports (padel/tennis is an added advantage)
• Ownership mindset and able to work independently without waiting for direction
• Willing to relocate to Bangka (relocation costs will be covered)
