Sky Garden Bali is seeking an energetic Night Operations Manager to lead our premier nightclub, ensuring seamless day-to-day and late-night operations across bars, dance floors, and VIP areas in Bali. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in nightlife or luxury lounges, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Fluency in English and Indonesian is required, additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nightclub operations before, during, and after hours across bars, dance floor, and VIP areas.

• Ensure guest and staff safety, adhere to local regulations and licensing.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute events and promote VIP experiences.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.

Sky Garden Bali is a premier nightlife destination in Bali, offering world-class music, ambiance, and service. We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and dedicated leader to join our team as a Night Operation Manager.

Position: Night Operation Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations: Oversee all nightclub operations before, during, and after operational hours (including bar management, dance floor, and VIP areas).

Team Management: Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of staff members (bartenders, servers, ushers, and floor captains).

Finance & Targets: Manage operational budgets, control beverage inventory/stock, and maximize daily and monthly revenues.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure the safety of guests and staff while strictly adhering to local legal regulations and licensing.

Marketing & Guest Relations: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute events, drive social media promotions, and build strong relationships with VIP guests.

Reporting : Produce daily/weekly/monthly operational report.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the nightlife industry, upscale bars, or luxury lounges.

Leadership Skills: Strong communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities under pressure, and excellent leadership qualities.

Work Schedule: Willing to work late-night to early-morning hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Language: Fluent in English and Indonesian (knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus).

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of nightlife trends, sound & lighting standards, and bar operation regulations.
