Job summary

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar leadership role.
• Knowledge or experience with vocational high schools.

Responsibilities

• Run the project with the Project Director and stakeholders, delivering deliverables on time and meeting goals and targets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.
• Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or scope creep; develop and implement proactive mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Maintain transparent, regular communication with stakeholders on project status, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with business objectives and client requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and post-project evaluations.

About the role
