Job summary

DevJobsIndo.ORG is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee a vocational high school project in Tigaraksa, Tangerang. You will deliver the project on time, within scope, and within budget, serving as the primary contact for stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of leadership experience, with strong English communication and proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar leadership role.
• Knowledge or experience with vocational high schools.

Responsibilities

• Run the project with the Project Director and stakeholders, delivering deliverables on time and meeting goals and targets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.
• Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or scope creep; develop and implement proactive mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Maintain transparent, regular communication with stakeholders on project status, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with business objectives and client requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and post-project evaluations.
