Mandarin Oriental Jakarta is seeking a Waiter/ess LiFeng to join our RB&E team. The role focuses on attentive, personalized service, accurate order taking, and upholding luxury service standards in a premier hotel setting.

As a Waiter/ess you will deliver confident menu knowledge, process payments, and contribute to guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position within a world-class luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; hospitality diploma preferred.
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin a plus.
• At least 1 year of luxury hotel or fine dining F&B service experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests.
• Present menu knowledge with confidence and take orders.
• Process orders and ensure accurate billing at the POS.
• Upsell and promote menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining area.
• Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally.
