Job summary

Raffles Jakarta is seeking an All Day Dining Server to deliver attentive, personalized service in the hotel's all-day dining venue. You will take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages with a gracious, guest-focused approach.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in hotel, fine dining or luxury hospitality, with strong English skills and a passion for premium service. This role supports our luxury hospitality standards and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Experience: 1–2 years in hotel, fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Guest service: exceptional service to create memorable dining experiences.
• Food & beverage knowledge: understanding of service standards and dietary needs.
• Communication: strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork: coordinate with kitchen, bartenders, supervisors and peers.
• Attention to detail: accuracy, setup, sanitation, presentation.
• Adaptability and stress management: work in fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina: standing, walking, carrying trays.
• Health and safety: hygiene and safety practices.
• Flexibility: rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Language: English is preferred; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities
