Job summary

Raffles Jakarta is seeking an All Day Dining Server to deliver attentive, personalized service in our luxury all-day dining venue. You will take orders, make menu recommendations, ensure timely delivery, and uphold knowledge of ingredients, dietary needs, and beverage pairings.

The role requires strong English, excellent guest service, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality training is a plus.
1-2 years experience in food & beverage, hotel, fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred.
Exceptional guest service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Solid understanding of food & beverage service standards, menu items, ingredients and dietary considerations.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact confidently with guests.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, personalized service to guests in the all-day dining venue.
Take orders, make menu recommendations, and ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
Demonstrate knowledge of menu ingredients, preparation methods and dietary restrictions to assist guests.
Address guest inquiries and concerns with warmth and professionalism.
Collaborate with kitchen, bar and service staff to ensure seamless service and high standards.
