Job summary

Raffles Bali, part of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to provide seamless service in our Restaurants/Bars. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a focus on luxury standards and guest satisfaction.

Role requires a minimum of 3 years in hospitality, solid knowledge of food & beverage, and the ability to upsell menu items while maintaining attentiveness to detail in a high-end setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as waiter.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Explain menu, answer questions and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests following established procedures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle special requests with care.
• Operate the Micros POS and manage cashiering procedures.
