Mandarin Oriental Jakarta is seeking a Concierge Manager to lead the Front Office concierge team. You will guide guest services, tickets, reservations and city guidance to deliver legendary experiences.

Ideal candidates have five years in concierge leadership at a luxury hotel in Jakarta, strong people skills, and deep knowledge of Jakarta and Indonesia. On-site role with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Five years Concierge Manager experience in a luxury hotel in Jakarta.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong leadership, guest service, and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personal welcome and access to Jakarta and Indonesia experiences.
• Supervise Concierge team and ensure service standards are met.
• Develop relationships with hotels, suppliers, and local partners; manage guest communications.
