Qualifications

About the role

Awild Store is seeking a dedicated Uluwatu Receptionist & Sales Assistant to join our team in Bali. This is a full-time position based at our Uluwatu location, offering an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers whilst supporting our sales operations. As Receptionist & Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing customer interactions, and driving sales performance. This position is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our store.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression
• Managing reception duties including answering phone calls, responding to enquiries and directing visitors appropriately
• Assisting customers with product selection, providing product information and recommendations
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Maintaining the reception area and shop floor to ensure a clean, organised and inviting environment
• Handling customer queries and complaints with empathy and finding appropriate solutions
• Assisting with stock management, inventory checks and merchandise displays
• Supporting marketing and promotional activities to drive store traffic and sales
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Recording customer information and maintaining accurate records as required

• Customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
