Dharma Uluwatu in Badung, Bali, is seeking a motivated Sales Ripcurl Uluwatu-Bali to join our team as a full-time Sales Assistant. You will be the face of the Ripcurl brand, delivering excellent customer service, promoting products, and helping customers find the right gear.

This role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends. You will support the store team, maintain displays, and contribute to a positive shopping

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and build rapport.
• Passion for the Ripcurl brand, surfing, lifestyle and action sports.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in basic numeracy for cash handling and transactions.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is beneficial.

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Ripcurl Uluwatu-Bali to join our team at Dharma Uluwatu. This is a full-time position based in Badung, Bali, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, promoting our products, and contributing to a positive shopping experience that reflects the values and quality of Ripcurl.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming approach, providing expert product knowledge about Ripcurl merchandise


• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems


• Maintain an attractive and well‑organised retail display, ensuring merchandise is presented in accordance with brand standards
