Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance in selecting surf gear and apparel.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of boards, wetsuits, fins and related items.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payments.
• Maintain store merchandising and ensure stock is well-organised.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Provide personalised recommendations based on preferences and budget.
• Stay informed about surf conditions and trends to advise customers.
• Support team during peak periods and contribute to a positive workplace.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company procedures.
