Responsibilities

• Provide timely support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with basic technical issues using provided scripts.
• Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels.
• Achieve all KPIs set by the company and client.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and overall customer experience.
