Job summary

TP in Bali is seeking a Customer Expert (French Speaker) to join our growing team. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for a consumer electronics client, using scripts to resolve basic technical issues.

The role requires strong or fluent French, modern English, and flexibility to work shifting schedules, including nights and weekends. Relocation to Bali is provided for suitable candidates, with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Fast learner with ability to handle multiple channels (email, chat, voice).
• Strong or fluent French communication skills (written & verbal).
• English proficiency at an intermediate level is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support to customers via phone, email, and chat for a consumer electronics client.
• Assist customers with basic technical issues using scripts and guidelines.
• Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels.
• Meet KPIs set by the company and client.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer experience.
