Job summary

tiket.com is seeking a Marketing Executive to support hotel partners, acquire new hotel partners, and optimize pricing and inventory in Surabaya. You will work across departments to ensure seamless bookings and participate in promotional campaigns.

The role requires 0–1 year in travel/hotel, a bachelor’s or D3 degree, understanding extranets or channel managers, and strong English skills. Based in Surabaya, you’ll contribute to a growing OTA platform.

Qualifications

• Min. 0-1 year experience in Travel / Hotel Industry.
• Min. Bachelor Degree or D3.
• Understand extranets / channel managers.
• Good command in English (writing and speaking).
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Support hotel partners via phone, video conference, and email for administrative tasks including extranet training, new registration, contract loading, content loading, hotel activation, and hotel record management.
• Acquire and manage hotel partners, review commercial terms, and secure promo rates to increase margins.
• Monitor price competitiveness and room inventory to ensure availability.
• Support related departments on customer bookings and help achieve SLA/KPI targets.
• Educate hotel partners on managing bookings and keep hotel contents accurate.
• Participate in campaigns and promotions.
