Job summary

tiket.com is seeking a Hotel Partnership Specialist in Surabaya. The role focuses on supporting hotel partners via phone, video calls, and email for administrative tasks, training, and content loading. You will acquire and manage partners while optimizing pricing and room inventory to boost bookings.

You will educate partners on managing bookings and maintaining accurate hotel information, and assist other departments on campaigns, aiming to meet SLA and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Min. 0-1 year experience in Travel / Hotel Industry.
• Good knowledge on Travel / Hotel Industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong English writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support hotel partners through phone, video conference, and email for administrative tasks including extranet training, new registration, contract loading, and content loading.
• Acquire new hotel partners and manage hotel accounts as assigned by Area Manager/Senior Market Manager.
• Monitor price competitiveness and room inventory; improve margins and promo rates.
• Educate hotel partners in managing bookings and update hotel information to reflect accurate facilities.
• Support related departments on customer bookings and campaigns; fulfill SLA and KPIs.
