Job summary

tiket.com is seeking a motivated candidate to support the partnerships team in Indonesia. You will research potential partner industries, analyze performance data, and help build documentation and SOPs for onboarding and campaigns.

You will assist in tracking campaigns with Looker/Tableau/AppsFlyer, monitor dashboards, and prepare regular reports. Collaboration across marketing, ops, and analytics is essential to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Semester 8 minimum, no pending classes).
• Experience or familiarity with Performance Marketing or Affiliate programs is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
• Skilled in data visualization and analysis using Looker, Tableau, and SQL.
• Able to commit for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on potential partner industries, companies, and trends.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for partnership growth and optimization.
• Help build and maintain internal documentation, partner trackers, calendars, and deal summaries.
• Contribute to structuring templates and SOPs for onboarding, planning, and reporting.
• Assist API team with mapping and related tasks when required.
• Assist in tracking campaigns using Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or AppsFlyer.
• Monitor dashboards, flag opportunities or issues, and help prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Support partnership proposal creation (presentations, reports, decks).
• Document meetings, onboarding, and internal coordination.
• Liaise with marketing, ops, and analytics to follow up on tasks and timelines.
