Discova is seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience Interns to join our dynamic team in Bali. You will learn the travel business by supporting the Customer Experience Executives and delivering outstanding service to clients and travel agents.

As a learner you will gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and participate in training programs to build your competencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a related degree program.
Fluent English with strong written and spoken skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with MS Office and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

Support the Customer Experience team with inquiries and tasks.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Interact with clients and travel agents on ground.
Participate in training and professional development activities.
