Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
• Passionate about customer service and delivering positive customer experiences.
• Available to undertake an internship in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and providing accurate information.
• Record and maintain customer interactions in company systems.
• Gather customer insights, feedback and complaints to support improvements.
• Contribute to reporting, data analysis and admin tasks.
• Participate in training and development activities to build skills.
