Job summary

Discova invites a motivated Customer Experience Intern to join our team in Bali. You will support the Customer Experience Executives by handling inquiries from clients and travel agents, and you will gain hands-on experience in the travel industry while developing professional communication skills.

Under guidance, you will learn how to respond via phone, WhatsApp, and email, collaborate with a diverse team, and participate in training programs designed to build your operational and customer

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a similar field.
Fluent in English with intermediate to advanced level of written and spoken proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms like WhatsApp.
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and interact with clients and travel agents.
Support the Customer Experience team by handling various tasks and learning the travel industry.
Communicate via phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails to assist clients on the ground.
