Discova is seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience Interns to join its Global Customer Experience team in Bali. This internship offers hands-on experience in the travel industry while supporting customers and travel agents to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
• Passionate about customer service and delivering positive customer experiences.
• Available to undertake an internship based in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and travel agents by responding to enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist the Customer Experience team in resolving customer issues and providing accurate information.
• Record and maintain customer interactions, feedback, and case information within company systems.
• Help gather customer insights, feedback, and complaints to support service improvements.
• Contribute to reporting, data analysis, and operational administrative tasks.
• Participate in training and development activities to build customer service and industry knowledge.
