About The Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will support our Customer Experience team in delivering outstanding service to clients and travel partners. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll develop practical customer service skills, gain exposure to business operations, and learn how a global travel company creates memorable journeys for travellers around the world.

Your Main Responsibility Is

• Support customers and travel agents by responding to enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist the Customer Experience team in resolving customer issues and providing accurate information.
• Record and maintain customer interactions, feedback, and case information within company systems.
• Help gather customer insights, feedback, and complaints to support service improvements.
• Contribute to reporting, data analysis, and operational administrative tasks.
• Participate in training and development activities to build customer service and industry knowledge.

About You

• Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related discipline.
