Job summary

The candidate will respond to client emails within SLA, assist with visa requirements, and ensure accurate and cost-effective routing. Onsite work at our Central Jakarta office is required, including night shifts, weekends, and public

Qualifications

• Diploma degree required, tourism major preferred.
• Experience in airlines or travel industry, ticketing roles.
• Knowledge of GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/ALTEA) and ticketing processes.
• Good English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client emails within the SLA.
• Advise clients on visa requirements and best routing options.
• Understand client needs to provide efficient service.
• Handle ticketing, reissuance, and refund processes.
• Follow up on deadlines and schedule changes; inform clients and team.
• Inform Team Leader and Manager about feedback and issues.
