Responsabilidades

• Manage passenger bookings, ticketing, and reservations.
• Handle irregularities, refunds, rescheduling, and communicating changes.
• Disseminate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Prepare daily flight reports covering passenger and cargo activity.
• Oversee cargo tracking, baggage handling, and passenger situations.
• Coordinate with operations and stakeholders to ensure smooth check-in and boarding.
