A-Sonic Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Transport Coordinator to support daily logistics and transport operations, ensuring timely collection and delivery of cargo while coordinating with drivers, customers and internal departments.

The role requires at least 1–2 years in transport coordination or related operations, with familiarity of TMS and MS Office. Knowledge of Singapore roads is an advantage, and strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in transport coordination or logistics.
• Knowledge of Singapore roads is an advantage.
• Familiarity with TMS and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Candidates without direct transport experience but with strong coordination skills are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily collection and delivery schedules and communicate job instructions to drivers and subcontractors.
• Monitor driver deployment, vehicle movements and delivery progress.
• Liaise with customers, warehouse and internal departments on transport arrangements.
• Handle urgent requests, delivery delays, failed deliveries and operational issues.
• Provide shipment status updates and coordinate delivery appointments.
• Update transport job records and delivery status in the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure proper documentation.
• Escalate operational issues, customer complaints and service failures to the Transport Planner or Transport Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily collection and delivery schedules and communicate job instructions to drivers and subcontractors.

Monitor driver deployment, vehicle movements and delivery progress.

Liaise with customers, warehouse and internal departments on transport arrangements.

Handle urgent requests, delivery delays, failed deliveries and operational issues.

Provide shipment status updates and coordinate delivery appointments.

Update transport job records and delivery status in the Transport Management System (TMS).
