Crossing Hurdles seeks a language QA specialist to listen to and review Indonesian audio for nativeness and fluency. You will provide detailed written and verbal feedback on accuracy, pronunciation, intonation, and authenticity, ensuring cultural appropriateness and contextual relevance.

You will document observations meticulously and work remotely with project coordinators, contributing linguistically informed suggestions to improve model performance and evaluation frameworks.

Qualificações

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian with regional dialect knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal skills in Indonesian and English (B2).
• Keen attention to detail with analytical language evaluation.
• Experience in translation, localization, linguistics, or language quality assessment preferred.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian, with a deep understanding of regional dialects and cultural nuances.

• Previous experience in translation, localization, linguistics, content moderation, or language quality assessment (preferred but not required).
