In this role, you will use your Indonesian language expertise to evaluate AI-generated speech and provide high-quality linguistic feedback. Your assessments will help improve how AI models understand, generate, and communicate in Indonesian across different contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to and evaluate audio clips to assess the nativeness, fluency, and overall quality of AI-generated Indonesian speech.
• Analyze pronunciation, intonation, language accuracy, clarity, and naturalness.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback with specific observations and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate whether spoken Indonesian is culturally appropriate and contextually accurate.
• Identify unnatural expressions, regional language differences, pronunciation issues, and inconsistencies in speech.
• Document evaluation findings accurately and consistently to support improvements in AI-generated audio.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss assessment results, clarify evaluation guidelines, and address complex language-related questions.
• Contribute linguistically informed suggestions to improve evaluation frameworks and quality standards.
• Complete assigned assessments independently while meeting project deadlines and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian, with a strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and everyday language usage.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle language and pronunciation differences.
• Strong listening, analytical, and language-evaluation skills.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive, and well-structured feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and meeting project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications
