Synthires is seeking Indonesian bilingual Experts to support a large-scale linguistic initiative for AI systems. You will evaluate AI-generated Indonesian speech and provide high-quality linguistic feedback to help models understand and generate language more accurately.

No prior AI experience is required; strong language proficiency, cultural knowledge, and attention to detail are valued. This remote role offers flexible scheduling while contributing to cutting-edge language technology.

Qualifications

• Native-level Indonesian with strong grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Strong written and verbal Indonesian and English communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot subtle language differences.
• Strong listening, analytical, and language-evaluation skills.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips to assess nativeness, fluency, and overall Indonesian speech quality.
• Analyze pronunciation, intonation, accuracy, clarity, and naturalness.
• Provide detailed feedback with observations and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate cultural appropriateness and contextual accuracy of Indonesian speech.
• Identify unusual expressions, regional differences, and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluation findings to support AI audio improvements.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss results and guidelines.
• Contribute suggestions to improve evaluation frameworks and standards.
• Complete assessments independently and meet deadlines.
