Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Training Staff to join the HR team in Ciracas, East Jakarta, onsite. The role focuses on identifying training needs, developing annual plans, coordinating programs, and maintaining records.

You should have a bachelor's degree in HR/psychology/business administration, 2 years HR training experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and good English. LMS/HRIS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/psychology/business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Training areas.
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with LMS, HRIS, or training evaluation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify employee training needs in collaboration with department managers and through performance reviews.
• Develop and manage the annual training plan, calendar, and schedule.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, including vendor communication and logistics. Coordinate with HQ on training initiatives and ensure effective implementation in Indonesia.
• Organize e-learning, knowledge-sharing sessions, and new employee onboarding programs.
• Maintain training records, attendance, certificates, feedback, and employee learning history.
• Prepare training reports and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Support training budget monitoring, talent development, and succession planning.
• Support training-related audits and maintain compliance documentation.
• Assist in developing and updating HR training policies and procedures.
