Cosmax Indonesia is looking for a Human Resources Department Team Leader (HRD TL) to oversee the HRD Team located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in HR-related roles and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or Psychology.

This role involves developing manpower planning, implementing training strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to manage interpersonal relationships are essential for success in this position.

Competenze

• Min 10 years of working experience in HR or related fields.
• Good knowledge of social audit (ILS, SMETA SEDEX or related).
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or related).
• Prior experience in manufacture or related industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks accurately.
