Cosmax Indonesia is urgently seeking a Finance & Accounting Staff member to join the team in South Jakarta. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Economics, and possess a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.

The position involves managing accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and handling finance and accounting for Cosmax Malaysia. Good knowledge of Indonesian taxation and strong communication skills in English are essential. The workplace operates onsite from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Min 1-3 years of experience as Finance & Accounting Staff, preferably in cosmetics, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Brevet A & B certified is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely billing and collection.
• Perform monthly sales reconciliation between ERP data and invoices.
• Handle finance, accounting, and tax matters for Cosmax Malaysia.

PT. Cosmax Indonesia urgently need Finance & Accounting Staff and expected to join as soon as possible in 2026. This position will be located in Cibis Nine Building 18th Floor, South Jakarta. Check the qualification below.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Economics, or a related field.
• Min 1-3 years of experience as Finance & Accounting Staff, preferably in cosmetics, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian taxation (regulations, calculation, and reporting).
• Familiar with Ms. Office and administration.
• Brevet A & B certified is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross function.
• Ability to speak in English (verbal and written).

Role & Responsibilities;

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely billing and collection.
• Prepare and issue commercial and other invoices accurately.
• Perform monthly sales reconciliation between ERP data and invoices.
• Handle finance, accounting, and tax matters for Cosmax Malaysia.
• Process vendor invoices and payments, including scheduling.
• Maintain relationships with banks and external consultants.
• Monitor cash flow, AR/AP aging, and financial performance.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documents and responding to queries.

Workplace: Onsite Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 17.00
