Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Staff HR Recruitment to work onsite in Ciracas, East Jakarta. The ideal candidate will focus on fast recruitment methods, handle interviews, and ensure the proper onboarding of new employees.

Successful applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and at least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the cosmetics industry. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with psychological tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in cosmetics.
• Familiar with recruitment trends and tools.
• Good GPA.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

1. Min education is Bachelor preferably from Psychology with good GPA
2. Experience 2-3 years as Recruitment Specialist in manufacture. Preferably in cosmetics industries.
3. Able, familiar with psychological tools (instruction, scoring, interpret)
4. Familiar to handle fast recruitment
5. Having networking to search candidates using Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Job Portal (Jobstreet, Glints or others)
6. Familiar with the trends of recruitment
7. Fluent in English a valueplus
8. Excellent in personal and communication skills
9. Familiar with MS. Excell report

Role & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of HR policies and Procedure (Recruitment)
• Have the ability to recruitment, conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, qualification and suitability of candidates, collaborate with users to review candidate
• Experience in employee relations and performance management
• Conduct to employee onboard process
