Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia urgently requires a Production Filings & Packing Staff for their team in Ciracas, East Jakarta. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this role that demands a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, chemical, or similar fields. The staff will supervise personnel, ensure product quality, and meet production targets.

The workplace is onsite with a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00. Applicants must be adaptable, possess good interpersonal skills, and have a basic understanding of relevant ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Maximum 2 years of experience as a production staff in cosmetic, food & beverage, FMCG industries.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work in shifts.

Job description

PT. Cosmax Indonesia urgently needs a Production Filings & Packing (PRD F&P Staff) to join the Production team and be located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. You will be a direct report to Production Team Leader & Production Part Leader. Please read detail the qualifications below.

Qualifications:

• Min.education is bachelor (S1) in industrial engineering/manufacturing technique, chemical, science or related.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Maximum 2 years of experience as a staff production in cosmetic, food & beverage, FMCG industries.
• Familiar with OEE, productivity, man hours in the production area.
• Preferably understand the manufacturing process, especially for cosmetics, from mixing, filling, and packing ( is a VALUE PLUS).
• Preferably familiar with the ODM/OEM (makloon) industry, especially for cosmetic products (is a VALUE PLUS).
• Good analytical also logical thinking.
• Good interpersonal skills, have leadership skill and good communication.
• Adaptive, willing to learn, willing to work in shifting.
• Familiar with MS. Office, especially MS. Excell, Ms.PPT, able to do presentation.
• English min passive.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 22716/GMP, HALAL, CPKB, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Vegan & Cosmos.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervising, controlling the line leader, coordinator and operator.
• Responsible the quality product as SOP & instruction by customer & QAC.
• Controlling the needs of man power production.
• Achieve the target production in every shift.
