Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Learning Instructor to drive end-to-end training programs in Indonesia. You will perform TNA, design curricula, and deliver engaging sessions across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with competency standards and business goals.

The role requires coaching, materials maintenance, and ongoing improvement across Jakarta Pusat and Pekanbaru, with domestic travel as needed. A relevant degree and 2+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Training/L&D roles.
• Professional certification in training delivery/IF/LD.
• Experience across full learning lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of ADDIE and competency-based design.
• Experience with TNA, assessments, and learning evaluation.
• Familiar with LMS, KM systems, and digital platforms.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in English for business communication.
• Willing to travel domestically and work across Jakarta/Pekanbaru.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify learning priorities.
• Design and develop learning paths, curricula, modules, and materials.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with engaging facilitation.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments.
• Coordinate programs across units and branches.
• Support implementation and ensure consistency across locations.
• Coach employees in internal or external development programs.
• Drive continuous improvement in learning quality and operations.
• Maintain training records and updated curriculum.
• Collaborate with L&D and stakeholders to align with business goals.
