Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is seeking a training specialist to design and deliver programs aligned with business needs. You will prepare materials in PowerPoint, develop SOPs, and conduct sessions in Mandarin and English/Indonesian, while analyzing effectiveness and performance metrics.

Required are Mandarin fluency (HSK 5+), a related bachelor's degree, and 1–3 years in training or L&D with strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Hsk 5 level Mandarin fluency required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field (Education, Business Admin, Management, etc.).
• 1–3 years in training, L&D, SOP management or related field preferred.
• Experience in training delivery and SOP development is highly preferred.
• Strong data analysis and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for employees based on business and operational needs.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and supporting documents using PowerPoint.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations in Mandarin and English/Indonesian as required.
• Analyze training-related data, including training effectiveness, attendance, assessment results, and performance metrics.
• Prepare training reports and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to identify training needs and improve employee capabilities.
• Support the implementation and evaluation of training programs and ensure training standards are properly followed.
• Continuously improve training materials, methods, and processes based on feedback and operational requirements.
