Job summary

Minor Food is seeking a proactive Assistant Training Manager in Indonesia to lead operational training for crew and managers. You will ensure SOPs are taught and embedded, using modern tools to enhance delivery. You will manage the training calendar, maintain records, and drive leadership training across stores.

The role requires 5+ years in training within F&B, strong communication, and travel willingness to support launches and store-level programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
5+ years in training and development, preferably F&B.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, SOPs, and brand standards.
Experience in training material development and Train-the-Trainer programs.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital training tools.
Good command of English.
Willing to travel to stores.

Responsibilities

Owns and delivers all required operational training modules for crew and management.
Ensures brand SOPs are trained and embedded; uses videos and online tools for delivery.
Maintains training materials quality and accuracy.
Recruits and trains Store Trainers; manages the training calendar.
Keeps training records and certifications per store; delivers leadership training.
