Job summary

PT CIPUTRA RESIDENCE is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to design and implement L&D strategy aligned with organizational objectives. You will conduct TNA, develop annual training plans, and manage end-to-end programs including budgeting, delivery, evaluation, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in L&D with at least 3 years in a managerial role, strong instructional design knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, Education or related field.
• 7–10 years in L&D/Training with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of TNA, competency development, instructional design, and training evaluation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs.
• Training certifications such as BNSP or Certified Trainer are a plus.

Job description

Develop and implement the company's Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational needs

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments, projects, and business units to identify competency and skill gaps

Develop annual training plans, learning programs, and budgets based on business priorities

Manage the end-to-end training process, including planning, scheduling, coordination, delivery, evaluation, and reporting

Develop and maintain training materials, modules, SOP-related learning content, and competency-based learning programs

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development/Training, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position

Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), competency development, instructional design, and training evaluation

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training programs and projects simultaneously

Training certification such as BNSP, Certified Trainer, or equivalent is an advantage

Willing to be placed in CitraRaya, Panongan, Tangerang
