Job summary

PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (Mitra10) is seeking a Learning and Development professional to manage Training Needs Analysis, develop annual training plans, and coordinate internal and external programs at the Mitra10 Learning Center in Bitung, Tangerang.

You will design training modules, oversee talent development and performance management, travel to store locations as needed, and report on training effectiveness while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• TNA, LMS, training administration, and performance management systems
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience in designing and developing training modules, presentations, and learning materials
• Retail industry experience preferred
• Willing to travel to store locations as required
• Based at Learning Center Mitra10 – Bitung, Tangerang (near Mitra10 DC Cikupa)

Responsibilities

• Manage Training Needs Analysis and Develop Annual Training Plans.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor internal and external training programs.
• Develop and update training materials.
• Manage talent development programs and career progression initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide regular reports.
• Work closely with various departments to support competency development.
• Provide basic coaching to employees and supervisors when needed.
