Job summary

Company Group is looking for an experienced OD and Training Specialist to drive organizational development initiatives in our Karawang team. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, measuring impact, and partnering with HR to align development efforts with business goals.

You will lead end-to-end training activities, develop performance metrics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while supporting growth and learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, psychology or business administration).
• 5-7 years of OD and training experience, HR background preferred.
• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess needs and impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify improvement areas and drive change initiatives to enhance performance
• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills
• Develop performance metrics and assessment tools to measure effectiveness
• Collaborate with HR to align OD with overall HR strategies and policies
• Conduct full training cycle from needs assessment to evaluation
• Ensure new hires undertake health and safety mandatory training

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with the company's goal and objectives

Identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives to enhance organizational performance

Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance

Develop and implement performance metrics and assessment tools to measure organizational effectiveness

Work closely with the HR dept to align organizational development initiatives with overall HR strategies and policies

Follow up the training need analysis (Skill Matrix)

Have knowledge TPM & Leading TPM program and relative support program

Conduct full cycle the training activities (assess needs as facilitator, plan, develop, coordination, monitor and evaluate educational program for our employees)

Develops & administers training program for employee and assesses training for organization.

Develop skills and knowledge to enhance performance and enable to overcome the company strategies and growth planning

Ensure new hire undertake mandatory training on health and safety practice.

Requirements:

Min Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration is preferred)

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in OD & Trainning Specialist (HR) -, or a related field

Experience in project management and process improvement

Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess organizational needs and measure the impact of interventions

Proficiency in planning, executing and managing projects

Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
