Job summary

PT Daily Meaning seeks a People Development Consultant to design, deliver and evaluate training and development programmes for client organisations in South Jakarta on a full-time basis.

You will work with senior stakeholders and operational teams to identify developmental needs, create bespoke learning solutions and measure impact using modern instructional design methods. Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HR, OD, L&D or psychology.
• 3–5 years in training delivery or people development.
• Experience designing and facilitating across in-person, virtual, blended formats.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

About the role We are seeking a People Development Consultant to join our team in South Jakarta on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, delivering and evaluating training and development programmes that enhance employee capabilities and drive organisational growth. As a People Development Consultant, you will work with senior stakeholders and operational teams to identify developmental needs, create bespoke learning solutions and measure the impact of training initiatives. This position is central to our mission of building high-performing, engaged workforces across our client organisations.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments across client organizations to identify skill gaps and developmental priorities

Design and develop tailored training programmes, workshops and learning materials aligned with organizational objectives and employee career development

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences, ensuring content is accessible and relevant

Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions through feedback mechanisms, assessments and business impact measures

Stay current with industry best practices in training delivery, adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their culture, business challenges and people development objectives

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings and development methodologies

What we're looking for

A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Psychology or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training delivery, organizational development or a related people development role

Demonstrated expertise in designing and facilitating training programmes across various formats (in-person, virtual, blended)

Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences

Proficiency in conducting training needs analyses and developing learning solutions aligned with business outcomes

Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple development initiatives concurrently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels

A deep understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
