Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development leader to design and drive organizational capability through leadership, technical, and soft-skill programs. You will develop annual strategies, roadmaps, and oversee LMS platforms to ensure effective, compliant training aligned with business goals.

The role requires 8+ years in L&D with supervisory experience, strong instructional design skills, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 8+ years in Learning & Development or related fields with supervisory experience.
• Proven design, implementation and evaluation of leadership, technical and soft-skill programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and e-learning platforms.
• Understanding of talent management concepts and succession planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning programs that enhance leadership, managerial, technical, and behavioral competencies across the organization.
• Develop annual learning strategies and training roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and workforce capability needs.
• Ensure training initiatives are delivered according to established plans, timelines, budgets, and participation targets while monitoring program completion and compliance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through participant feedback, assessments, and business performance indicators, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Research, evaluate, and introduce innovative learning methodologies, digital learning solutions, and industry best practices to enhance learning effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with business leaders and internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate development solutions.
• Manage and optimize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies to ensure an effective learning experience.
• Monitor learning trends and maintain an understanding of talent development practices to ensure learning initiatives support the organization's overall talent strategy.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Talent Management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership, technical, and soft skills development programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, learning needs analysis, and training evaluation methodologies.
• Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Understanding of Talent Management concepts, including competency development, career development, succession planning, and employee development, with the ability to align learning initiatives to broader talent strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
