Job summary

Rize is seeking an HR Generalist focused on Training & Development to strengthen onboarding, skill-building, and compliance across our operations in Indonesia. You will design and deliver programs, assess departmental needs, and coordinate with teams to implement training initiatives.

You will also create materials, track training outcomes, and maintain records for audits while supporting general HR activities like onboarding and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR generalist experience with a focus on training & development.
• Experience designing and facilitating training programs is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver training programs (onboarding, skills development, compliance, leadership).
• Identify training needs across departments through assessments, surveys, and manager input.
• Coordinate with internal departments to conduct direct training sessions.
• Develop training materials, modules, and evaluation tools to measure effectiveness.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and reporting for audits and compliance.
• Track and report on training budget, ROI, and employee development progress.
• Support end-to-end HR functions including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and answer HR policy questions.

Responsibilities

Training & Development

• Design, plan, and deliver training programs (onboarding, skills development, compliance training, leadership training, etc.)
• Identify training needs across departments through assessments, surveys, and manager input
• Coordinate with internal department in executing direct training sessions
• Develop training materials, modules, and evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness
• Maintain training records, attendance, and reporting for audits and compliance purposes
• Track and report on training budget, ROI, and employee development progress

General HR Support

• Support end-to-end HR generalist functions including onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding
• Assist with the processes of employee engagement initiatives
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align HR initiatives with business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant HR generalist experience, with a strong emphasis on training & developmentExperience designing and facilitating training programs is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
