Talent Insider is seeking a Head Of Talent Development to lead a regional team across Southeast Asia, delivering high-impact leadership and technical training. You will work directly with managing directors to align development programs with business needs and future growth across markets.

You will drive career development within your team, coordinate with the broader HR function, and ensure consistency of workshop delivery and processes across our regional footprint.

Qualifications

• 7 years of solid experience in talent development.
• Strong leadership and management topics with business partner mindset.
• Comfortable in an international, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and helm Southeast Asia remit, delivering training both technical and soft skills.
• Deliver management and leadership training in collaboration with regional directors.
• Organize and manage regional requirements and career development of the team.
• Collaborate with business to meet immediate needs and plan future needs with HR.
• Ensure consistent service, workshops, and processes across the broader business and team.
• Drive APAC-wide projects and global initiatives across locations.

Job Description :

• Reporting Into The Head Of Talent Development, This Individual Will Lead A Team And Helm Southeast Asia Remit, Responsible For Providing Training Of Both A Technical And Soft Skill Nature To The Business Across Markets
• Your Main Focus Will Be On Delivering Management And Leadership Training Working In The Close Collaboration With The Managing Directors Population In Your Region
• Responsible For Organizing And Managing The Requirements Across The Region And Will Also Be Responsible For The Career Development Of Your Team
• Work With The Business To Deliver To Their Immediate Needs Whilst Planning And Anticipating Future Needs Working With The Broader HR Team
• Be Responsible And Accountable For Maintaining Consistency Of Service, Delivery Of Workshops And Processes To The Broader Business And Team.
• Drive And Lead APAC Wide Projects As Well As Global Initiatives Across Our Multiple Locations

Requirement :

• The ideal candidate will have about 7 years of solid experiences in the talent development space
• Well versed with leadership and management competency topics, commercial to interact and spar with the leaders as a business partner, and comfortable with an international and multi-cultural environment
