The role focuses on interviewing candidates, delivering engaging training programs, and coordinating schedules to ensure optimal campaign coverage. English proficiency is preferred, with a strong emphasis on performance-driven coaching.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Host Management, Livestream Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in training or coaching Livestream Hosts.
• Strong understanding of livestream sales and creator operations.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview Host candidates via recruitment platforms and social media.
• Assess candidates' communication, sales, and livestream capabilities.
• Coordinate onboarding and build a sustainable Host talent pipeline.
• Develop career growth plans and improve Host team quality.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training based on company curriculum.
• Provide training on livestream sales, product knowledge, and best practices.
• Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to enhance Hosts' skills.
• Manage Hosts' working schedules and allocate manpower for daily streams.

Trainer + Host Management (Livestream Operation)

This role involves managing and developing livestream Hosts, overseeing recruitment and talent pipeline development, delivering training and coaching programs, managing daily operations and schedules, monitoring performance against KPIs, and collaborating across teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview livestream Host candidates through recruitment platforms and social media channels

Assess candidates' communication, sales, and livestream capabilities

Coordinate onboarding and build a sustainable Host talent pipeline to support business growth

Develop career growth plans and continuously improve the quality of the Host team

Deliver onboarding and continuous training programs based on the company's training curriculum

Provide theoretical and practical training on livestream sales, product knowledge, communication skills, and livestream best practices

Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and refresher training to enhance Hosts' professional skills

Manage Hosts' working schedules and allocate manpower to ensure sufficient coverage for daily livestreams and campaigns

Monitor and evaluate Host performance based on livestream KPIs, sales performance, and business objectives

Work closely with Livestream Operations, Business Development, Creative, Technical Support, Administration, and other stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution

About you

1–3 years of experience in Host Management, Livestream Operations, Livestream Training, Creator Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, or related fields

Proven experience in training or coaching Livestream Hosts, with hands‑on experience supporting daily livestreams and mega campaigns

Strong understanding of livestream sales, creator operations, and performance management

Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office

Good command of English is preferred

100% Salary and allowances for 3-month Probation
