Job summary

ECOMOBI CORPORATION PTE. LTD. seeks a Trainer + Host Management professional to build and develop a robust Host talent pipeline for daily livestream campaigns.

The role focuses on interviewing candidates, delivering engaging training programs, and coordinating schedules to ensure optimal campaign coverage. English proficiency is preferred, with a strong emphasis on performance-driven coaching.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Host Management, Livestream Operations, or related fields.
• Experience in training or coaching Livestream Hosts.
• Strong understanding of livestream sales and creator operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview Host candidates via recruitment platforms and social media.
• Assess candidates' communication, sales, and livestream capabilities.
• Coordinate onboarding and build a sustainable Host talent pipeline.
• Develop career growth plans and improve Host team quality.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training based on company curriculum.
• Provide training on livestream sales, product knowledge, and best practices.
• Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to enhance Hosts' skills.
• Manage Hosts' working schedules and allocate manpower for daily streams.
• Monitor Host performance against KPIs and business goals.
• Collaborate with Livestream Ops, Business Development, Creative, and Support teams.
