Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1; fresh graduates may apply.
• Experience in recruitment or business development is a plus.
• Familiar with TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, able to work independently.
• Strong networking and sourcing abilities.
• Interest in fashion, livestreaming, e-commerce, and social media.

About the Role

PT HiGood Live Jakarta is an online fashion retail company specializing in e-commerce and live commerce. We are looking for a Business Development - Host Recruitment to help us find and recruit potential livestreaming hosts for our fashion brands.

Job Description

Source and identify potential livestreaming host candidates through social media, personal networks, communities, and other channels.

Approach and communicate with potential hosts based on the company's requirements.

Introduce and explain the available livestreaming host opportunities to potential candidates.

Screen and recommend suitable candidates to the recruitment team for further selection.

Build and maintain a strong network of potential livestreaming talents.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment team throughout the candidate selection process.

Explore new sourcing channels to continuously expand the host talent pool.

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in recruitment, business development, talent acquisition, sales, KOL/talent management, or related fields is a plus.

Active and familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable approaching and communicating with new people.

Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong networking and sourcing skills.

Interested in fashion, livestreaming, e-commerce, and social media.

Working Arrangement

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Location: On-site, Jakarta Barat

Working Days: 5-6 days per week on an alternating schedule (2 weeks on Monday-Friday & 2 weeks Monday-Saturday)

Working Hours:

Shift 1: 08:00 - 18:00

Shift 2: 11:00 - 20:00

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: Rp5.000.000 Gross
