Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a Support Leader to drive Training Needs Analysis and host development programs. You will lead live shadowing, provide constructive feedback, and partner with Data Analysts to translate insights into actionable learning recommendations.

You will manage onboarding for new hosts, maintain training materials, and support competency initiatives to ensure continuous improvement across the live content ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in communication or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in creative, content creation, hosting, and/or digital content ecosystem, including social media, livestreaming, live shopping, YouTube, or related platforms.
• Proven experience as a livestream host, live shopping host, or content creator with strong understanding of livestream operations, audience engagement, and host performance dynamics.
• Strong understanding of hosting techniques, including communication style, audience interaction, storytelling, product presentation, and engagement strategies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas, learning materials, and improvement recommendations for host performance.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret performance insights, identify development opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and evaluate host development progress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback, conduct coaching sessions, and build strong relationships with hosts.
• Good project management skills with the ability to manage training activities, onboarding programs, documentation, and improvement initiatives.
